Here at Peacocks we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our eCommerce team at our Head Office in Cardiff. In this role you will be responsible for driving profitable traffic to our website significantly increasing customer acquisition through a range of online marketing channels. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: • Build a robust online marketing forecast for agreed KPI’s. Continually monitor against forecast and report results to the wider team weekly., • Manage the performance of the following SEO, affiliates, PPC, Display, paid social and retargeting, • Day to day management of online agency to ensure they are delivering on agreed KPI’s and to agreed deadlines., • Budget management, • Bid optimisation, • Develop and manage a robust online marketing test programmes, with digital agency, regularly monitor and report on search engine positions. Make suggestions for future keyword targets. Produce additional copy across the website for SEO purposes., • Work alongside e-commerce Manager to continually improve on-site SEO optimisation., • Work alongside the e-commerce Manager to optimise landing pages., • Mange and take ownership for projects that improve the effectiveness of online marketing., • Work with marketing to ensure online plan is aligned to wider marketing, activity and product plan. Feedback on missing opportunities., • Working with the internal marketing team, to ensure online marketing is in line with brand Person Specification: • Online marketing expert with significant experience of driving profitable traffic, ideally within a retail environment., • Strong understanding of online attribution methodologies., • Strong agency management experience., • Skilled in A/B testing and CRO to optimise the acquisition funnel., • Excellent attention to detail, • Numerical/analytic skills, • Good organisational and communication skills, • Able to multi task and be results focused, • PC literate with strong excel skills
