Skills and experience: Proven experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance. Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools. Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour. Experience working in social housing is desirable Valid driver's licence.
