There is no cold calling; a strong telephone manner and a highly organised work ethic are essential to drive new deals and achieve uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with inbound leads and existing customers., • Understand customers' current leasing needs and future plans., • Provide cost-effective solutions using the bespoke fleet management system., • Deliver strong and confident telephone interactions, asking the right questions and confirming your understanding of customer needs., • Collaborate with colleagues to create leasing solutions and maintain premium customer service., • Manage all necessary administration elements, including order details, finances, delivery, and other timescales. Requirements: • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector; leasing experience is a bonus., • Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills., • Highly organised with great attention to detail., • Ability to juggle priorities and maintain a high level of customer service., • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments.
