Job Description You'll drive from door-to-door visiting older people at home and assist them with daily tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, personal care and medication administration. It would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be a personal experience of caring for a family member or a voluntary experience. However, this is not necessary as we offer a superb environment to develop your life skills, provide FULL training from the start, and will support you throughout your career with us.
