The job in a nutshell * Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section * Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices * Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day operations * Contribute to menu development with seasonal and creative ideas * Help train and guide junior kitchen staff What we are looking for: * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up * A genuine love of cooking and attention to detail * Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills * A calm head under pressure and a drive to continuously improve * Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred) Ready to work in a kitchen that runs on trust and talent?
