Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Lettings Associate Negotiator to join our team and assist in the smooth execution of rental transactions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts. Qualifications and Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is a plus). - Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer applications. - Professional and well-presented appearance.
