We’re now ready to take our wholesale operation to the next level and we’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to help lead that growth. The Role This is a pivotal, people-first role where you’ll represent Claude & Co to partners like Selfridges, John Lewis, and independent boutiques around the world. You’ll nurture relationships, drive sales, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our thoughtful experience and tone. You’ll be responsible for: • Managing and growing wholesale accounts, building long-term partnerships with buyers, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service throughout the sales cycle, • Leading the full sales process from showroom appointments and planning and attending trade shows (Paris, New York, and beyond) to order management and delivery., • Keeping our B2B platform and tools up to date, ensuring imagery, data, and timelines reflect Claude’s quality and style., • Forecasting, planning, and setting seasonal sales targets across collections and core ranges., • Managing the day to day, working closely with our operations assistant and warehouse teams to ensure smooth, timely fulfilment. Resolving issues calmly and confidently as they arise, • Visiting our stockists regularly to strengthen relationships, support their visual merchandising, and be an ambassador for the brand., • Tracking data and using insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities., • Collaborating with our teams in design, product, marketing, and finance to keep our wholesale strategy aligned and efficient., • Continually improving how we work suggesting better systems, processes, and communication along the way. About You You’re a natural relationship builder who balances creativity with commercial thinking. You care about details, love working with people, and bring calm confidence when things get busy. You’ll bring: • 2–3 years’ experience in wholesale, buying, or a similar account-facing role in fashion or lifestyle., • Strong communication and organisation skills, with an eye for detail., • Confidence hosting meetings, trade shows, and buyer appointments., • Commercial awareness and comfort working to sales targets., • A hands-on approach, happy to travel, plan logistics, and problem-solve., • A collaborative mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves in a small, growing team., • Ideally, proximity to our Leicestershire HQ.
