We are looking for a Secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support to Lawyers and Advocates across our branches but to be based at our South Shields or Sunderland Branch. We are a Criminal Defence Firm. Legal Experience would be preferred but not essential for this position, we are looking for someone who has fantastic organisational skills and can time manage efficiently. Previous admin experience is essential. Some of the daily tasks within this role will include: • Keeping Client records up to date, • Answering the phone/taking messages, • Organising diaries, • Making appointments with clients, • Audio Typing
