We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead and develop a Key Account Management team while managing a portfolio of strategic B2B clients. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, while delivering against annual sales targets and supporting wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets, • Own strategic relationships with key B2B clients, acting as the main point of contact, • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and identify upsell opportunities, • Deliver against annual sales budgets and contribute to overall business profitability, • Monitor pipeline activity, CRM accuracy, and forecast performance, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, • Provide regular performance insights, reports, and forecasts to senior leadership Skills & Experience • Proven experience managing sales or account management teams, • Strong background in strategic B2B account management, ideally with large or complex clients, • Results-driven with a consultative, solution-focused sales approach, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, • Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing teams, • Confident working cross-functionally and independently Additional Requirements • Experience within the energy sector or a regulated environment preferred, • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, • Highly organised, professional, and customer-focused, • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
