    About Lowlu Lowlu is a sauna and cold plunge business. Our mission is to bring the joy of sauna and plunge to as many people as possible. We currently operate sites in Kentish Town and Wandsworth and this is our exciting 3rd site opening, based inside the state-of-the-art Rocket Padel facility in Ilford. We're a young, fast-growing startup and we plan on opening more sites very soon. For the right person, there is real opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business beyond your site and grow with us. Key responsibilities include: • Greeting and checking in guests, answering questions, and gathering feedback, • Handling any urgent site issues e.g. access problems, minor technical issues, • Monitoring the site's condition, taking pride in the appearance and functionality of the space, noticing when things need fixing or updating, • Flagging anything that requires further attention to the Lowlu team, • Suggesting ideas and improvements to help enhance the customer experience and overall site operations, • Tidying and cleaning the site between sessions\, • Flyering and promoting the site (this will be supported by our marketing team) Requirements: • You live in or close to Ilford, • Sauna and/or cold plunge fan!, • Naturally outgoing, warm and comfortable in a customer-facing role, • Self-sufficient, reliable and proactive — a genuine do-er, • Strong attention to detail and pride in your environment, • Happy to clean and maintain the space as part of your daily routine, • Calm and resourceful when faced with unexpected issues, • Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills, • Good time management, planning and task management, • If you are not local enough to walk, you will need your own transport — there is free parking on site Nice to Have: • Previous hospitality experience, especially within spa, sauna or wellness environments, • Experience with light maintenance: DIY and handiwork, • Can drive and have access to a vehicle No prior sauna or wellness experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. From bespoke dresses to beautifully finished suits, we specialise in one-of-a-kind, made-to-measure pieces that empower women to feel confident, strong, and utterly themselves. Based in South Kensington and born on Savile Row, our ethos is simple: women deserve tailoring that fits — not just their bodies, but their lifestyles too. We're looking for a meticulous, highly skilled Freelance In-House Tailor/Seamstress to provide full-time holiday cover for our Head Tailor this September, continuing on a part-time basis afterwards. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our bespoke production process — working within a creative, fast-paced environment to craft beautifully finished garments for our discerning clientele. We need someone brilliant, with the most exceptional finishing techniques, to join us urgently — ideally starting this week. Based primarily in our South Kensington atelier, you'll manage client alterations and be responsible for the creation of bespoke garments, from toiles through to finished pieces. Key Responsibilities • Handle all client alterations, from simple adjustments to complex garment reworkings, • Create one-off bespoke pieces, including toiles and final garments, • Assist at fittings when required, ensuring exceptional fit, finish, and presentation, • Collaborate closely with the pattern cutter, design, and fitting teams to bring each client's vision to life, • Ensure all garments meet Holden & Hunt's exacting standards of quality and craftsmanship, • Manage your own workload effectively, balancing multiple projects and deadlines What We're Looking For • A meticulous approach and an exceptional eye for detail and precision — nothing less than perfect finishing will do, • Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor within a bespoke, couture, or luxury fashion environment for 10+ years, • Technically very accomplished, with expert hand and machine sewing, garment finishing, and complex alterations, • Proven experience with luxury garment finishing techniques, • Exceptional skill and confidence working with delicate fabrics, particularly silk, • Preferably formally trained — Savile Row or another renowned institution — though this is not essential, • Smartly dressed and well presented at all times, particularly during client fittings and while in the studio; first impressions matter to us, • A genuine team player who goes above and beyond, • Ability to work quickly and independently while maintaining exceptional quality, • Strong communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach during client fittings, • A genuine love for beautiful clothes and empowering women through your craft, • Previous tailoring or luxury womenswear experience strongly preferred, • Pattern cutting experience advantageous but not essential Additional Info • This role starts as freelance, with the intention to move to a permanent position for the right candidate, • From October, we need someone available 2 days a week — we're flexible on which days To Apply Please send your CV, along with two examples of your best work — the pieces of sewing you're most proud of — by email.
