Sage Care, part of the CCH Group, is experiencing rapid growth and is recruiting Support Workers / Care Assistants to serve clients across West London. Homecare supports vulnerable adults to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes, building relationships, providing companionship and supporting them to live on their own terms. Locations include Maida Vale & Kilburn, Chelsea & West Brompton, Westminster & Belgravia, Paddington, Queens Park, Hyde Park, Swiss Cottage, Primrose Hill, St Johns Wood, Earls Court and further community areas. Pay is tiered: Monday–Saturday £14.80 per hour, Sunday £15.30 per hour. Shift patterns: Long Days 07:00–21:00 (5 days a week), Weekend Blocks 08:00–21:00 or 14:00–21:00, Evening Shifts 16:00–21:00. Staff can work full‑time or part‑time. • Support personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming., • Assist with medication preparation and safe administration., • Help with mobility and use of aids, support rehabilitation after hospital stays., • Prepare meals and offer mealtime support., • Carry out light domestic duties: laundry, making beds, household tasks., • Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships., • Encourage social inclusion, hobbies and community activities., • Promote independence, ensuring dignity and choice., • Manage medication, collect prescriptions, reminders and administer safely., • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary needs., • Perform light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, tidying., • Assist with transfers, walking support and use of aids., • Observe and report health changes., • Provide emotional support and reassurance., • Maintain accurate documentation., • Ensure safety and respond to emergencies., • Coorate closely with colleagues, professionals and families., • No prior experience required; we value a caring heart and willingness to learn., • Experience in social care is preferred but not mandatory., • Opportunities to advance into Senior Care, Coaching or Management roles., • Paid training: online and face‑to‑face induction., • Support for pension scheme, maternity, adoption and paternity pay., • 28 days annual leave (pro rata)., • Cycle to Work scheme., • Refer‑a‑Friend bonus £300 per referral., • Blue Light Card eligibility., • Flexible hours, part‑time and full‑time options., • Paid mileage for local work., • Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays., • Access to in‑house app., • Supportive company culture.
