Floor Manager OTE 44K We are looking for an exceptional Floor Manager to join the team at Flute one of Londons most celebrated rooftop bars and dining destinations, perched above the rooftops of Soho with views that stop guests in their tracks. On Target Earnings The on target earning potential for this role is £44,000 per annum based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week comprising a base salary of £16.50 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £9,586 per annum in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE. What is in it for you? As a Floor Manager at Flute, you will be the driving force behind every service. You will own the shift from start to finish leading the pre-service briefing, organising the floor, deploying the team with confidence, and maintaining the pace, energy, and standards that make Flute one of the most exciting and sought-after rooftop experiences in London. You will oversee operations across Flutes rooftop bar, terrace, and dining spaces a breathtaking setting above the Soho skyline that demands the very best of everyone on the team. No two shifts are the same and that variety is part of what makes this role so rewarding. Your role is as much about people as it is about operations. You will supervise, coach, and inspire the team throughout every shift stepping in where needed, recognising great performance, and always leading by example. You will play a pivotal role in developing the talent around you, creating an environment where every team member feels motivated, valued, and proud of the service they deliver. You will be the person the team looks to when the pace picks up, and the reason guests leave feeling genuinely looked after. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to support different areas of the operation to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work alongside brilliant people across the hotel, operating as one seamless team with a shared commitment to exceptional hospitality. What do we need from you? Proven experience in a floor management or supervisory role within a luxury hospitality, premium cocktail bar, or restaurant environment. Demonstrated ability to run and organise a service shift from briefing through to close, maintaining standards throughout. An inspiring people manager who leads from the front, motivates a team under pressure, and brings out the best in every individual. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the confidence and presence to command a busy floor while remaining warm and personable. Sharp organisational skills able to plan ahead, react quickly, and keep every moving part of a service running smoothly. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A deep passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and the drive to continually raise the bar. Availability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Why us?
