Skills and Experience requirements • The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a Waiter or Head Waiter, in a well-established restaurant, private members club or comparable establishment., • He/she will have refined skills in all aspects of table service and maintenance, as well as developed food and wine knowledge., • Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable.
