An exciting opportunity has become available in a Chinese/Taiwanese restaurant in Central London. Established in 1982, we are a regular in the top UK 100 restaurants as well as a top 10 Chinese restaurant. Renowned for our outstanding food and high end wine list we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, well presented bar person to join our team. 40 hours - 45 hours over 5 days and nights. Days, nights weekdays and Saturdays required. Closed on Sunday. Duties include making hot and cold drinks for the service. Keeping the bar area clean and tidy. Polishing glasses.
