Ferring+You The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing logistics operations across the UK & Ireland. This includes managing inbound, warehousing activities, inventory, outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with GxP standards. The role involves close coordination of 3/4PL partners, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders. The role reports directly to the UK&I Finance Director. Your day at Ferring Inbound Logistics: • Monitor and coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers and manufacturing sites., • Ensure timely receipt and accurate documentation of goods., • Liaise with customs and regulatory bodies when required. Warehousing Operations: • Oversee daily warehouse activities (3/4 PL partners), • Ensure GxP compliance in all warehousing processes., • Implement and maintain SOPs for storage, handling, and distribution. Outbound Logistics: • Oversees the execution of outbound deliveries to customers and distributors., • Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely and compliant shipments., • Track and resolve delivery issues and delays. Inventory Management: • Maintain accurate inventory records., • Analyse stock levels and coordinate replenishments., • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Returns Coordination: • Manage the return process for damaged, expired, or recalled products., • Ensure proper documentation and disposition of returned goods., • Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams for compliant handling. 3/4PL Follow-Up: • Act as the key point of contact for 4PL logistics partners., • Monitor KPIs, cost and service levels, ensuring continuous improvement., • Coordinate transportation planning and execution across the region., • Lead monthly business reviews. Behind our innovation…There’s you Required Qualifications And Experience • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field., • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain coordination, in a regulated (GxP) environment (pharma preferred)., • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory systems, and transportation management., • Excellent communication and organizational skills., • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory., • Strong IT skills with experience with SAP S4/Hana, MS Office suite, PowerBI. Job title: Inventory Co-Ordinator Department: Purchasing and Logistics Reports to: Warehouse Manager Location: Greenford (on site) Hours per week: 40 Shift: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 0800 - 1630 (includes unpaid 30 min lunch) About The Company Our mission is to transform the way people live in cities. The role The P&A Coordinator role is to ensure that both the stock file and physical locations in the P&A warehouse are as accurate as possible. Stock holding kanban’s are maintained ensuring stock is readily available for customer orders. The Job holder should have a pro-active, friendly demeanour with energy, drive, determination and keen to progress within a rapidly growing company. They should also be comfortable using excel to manage data and working as part of a team. Main duties Goods in / stock levels • Maintaining and maximising stock availability in the warehouse based on forecasts provided by the Picking coordinator and Planning teams., • Ordering all required parts from Stores to ensure we have the components required to build the finished goods., • Oversee and be responsible for the Goods in Function including procedures, process, and accuracy., • Ensuring the prompt and efficient receipt of goods, including checks of Part identification, Quality and Quantity of goods received., • Investigate, Report and Resolve any delivery discrepancies. This may involve working with the inventory team in unit 1., • Ensuring components (B-parts) and finished goods (Q-parts) are made available and stored in the correct location ready for picking/stock building activities., • Ensure all stock moves are completed correctly withing Infor CSI and that the system matches the physical location and quantities., • Monitor stock levels and place requests with unit 1 to maximize stock availability. Stock Building Prep • Plan and oversee the picking of components for stock building team to maintain Kanban levels of Finished goods (Q-parts)., • Complete Job orders and print required stock labels for finished goods., • Ensure all job orders are completed to the most recent Bill of Materials (BOM) and report any BOM discrepancies., • Ensure finished goods are labelled and located correctly. Order/Transfer Prep • Work with the picking Coordinator to ensure stock is requested & built in time for large orders that cannot be completed from Kanban/on shelf stock stock alone., • Provide regular updates to the Picking coordinator and warehouse manager on the progress of these orders., • Resolve any issues in a timely manner to achieve shipping deadlines. Stock File Maintenance • To take responsibility for the accuracy of P&A stock file, • Complete daily stock checks of bulk locations (QPA-STOCK, QPA-RECIPT) to ensure that stock moves have been completed correctly., • Complete daily checks for negative stocks and investigate any issues and resolve., • Plan and coordinate weekly cycle count of top 10s SKUs by volume and value., • Plan and coordinate rolling stock take, manage and archive related data, report and resolve discrepancies with Warehouse manager and Inventory manager. Aim to count all item locations in a 6-month period., • Investigation and reporting of any stock discrepancies found or reported., • Work with Warehouse manager and inventory manager to arrange cycle counts and stock adjustments for known discrepancies. These should be logged, and a weekly communication sent., • Day to day troubleshooting/problem solving., • Represent P&A in stock control meetings. This would include (but not limited to) a daily update with other departments via teams and a weekly update with Mangers and directors., • Take a lead role during annual stocktakes assisting with the prep and planning, as well as leasing with internal and external auditors. Health and Safety • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all employees contribute towards the success of the Company., • Ensure Health and Safety standards are followed, and reporting of any accidents of near misses., • Ensuring Stores is always secure and that only authorised personnel are admitted., • To attend supervision, training, and meetings as and when required. Other • Organisation of the stock locations to best support the picking and stock building processes., • Any other jobs around the factory that may be deemed necessary by the Warehouse manager. This may include, but not limited to Stock Building, Pick & Pack and supporting other departments. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the SEGA West Operations team, with a primary focus on the physical packaging supply chain - overseeing the manufacture and distribution of back catalogue products. Key responsibilities include order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, procurement, and general departmental support as required. The role will involve building strong working relationships with first-party partners, the UK warehouse, and distributors. In addition, the position will support the digital operations function, primarily through the deactivation of digital keys, along with occasional ad hoc tasks as needed. As the team utilises shared business tools across both physical and digital operations, the successful candidate will be expected to develop proficiency in these systems to effectively support the broader operations function.
