Title: Site Chemist / Transfer Station Chemist Location: Wednesbury, West Midlands Term: Permanent SRG are working with a leading waste management and recycling company who have a long and very successful history of supporting the UK chemical industry. They are now looking for a site chemist to join the team. This is a hands-on role within the waste industry, you will be checking and testing incoming loads, processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring segregation and storage of hazardous waste meets requirements, labelling waste and completing documents on all incoming and outgoing chemical materials. This role would suit candidates with 2+ years’ experience as a chemist on a hazardous waste transfer station. Working Hours: 37.5 working hours per week, Monday to Friday, 24 days holiday + statutory bank holidays.
