About the role You will be responsible for forecasting and collaboration for assigned customers. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the near term (3 month) demand plan, and overall bias and volume forecast for the 3-to-36-month demand plan for assigned customers. Key Responsibilities Include: Working with Commercial Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Demand Controller?and Demand Planning Manager manage service levels and ongoing logistical solutions/optimisation for key assigned customers In conjunction with Customer Service and Warehouse & Distribution teams provide Supply Chain and Planning support and contact for assigned customers - daily, weekly and monthly interaction Evaluation of customer EPOS, stock and availability data on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and stability of demand plan Feedback, recommendations and solutions both internal and external with regards to service levels, on shelf availability, and depot availability in order to optimise sales and overall availability Monthly documented review for key customers Demand Plan reviewed, challenged, agreed and signed off with Commercial Team in line with the monthly S&OP process Review forecast accuracy on a monthly basis with outputs and recommendations to improve/stabilise on an ongoing basis Weekly reporting on EPOS, stock and availability data for key customers Monthly (or as agreed) meetings with key customer contacts to review and agree signed off promotional activity Evaluation of promotional activity and compliance to promotional calendar What Youll Bring: Experience: Proven Track record in Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration FMCG experience preferred- 1-3 years ideally Functional S&OP Demand Planning process Statistical forecasting tools FMCG Businesses IT Systems Warehouse & Distribution operations Strong Commercial Awareness Behavioural Working Relationships: Works effectively as team member, with interactions at all levels across the business Communication: Articulate, clear at all levels. Weekday shifts available between 09:00 – 17:00, though occasional evening and weekend shifts may be offered. The Students’ Union Activities team are looking for Administrators to support ArtsCommunity, Societies, Fundraising and Volunteering teams. This role involves administration for these different areas of the SU activities team. Administrators will work closely with the SU Activities Team in the SU office located in The Edge. The role may involve all or some of the following: • Making bookings in The Edge for student groups and individuals and dealing with access needs., • Managing student group equipment hire and storage, liaising with Facilities as required., • Reviewing and approving student group event planners, including risk assessments, external speakers and finance forms., • Website administration such as creating online products and setting up event pages., • Managing shared inboxes and communicating effectively with the SU Activities Team., • Attending and taking minutes at Activities meeting and forums., • Supporting with the set up and running of various events and activities., • Assisting with day trip bookings, leading day trips and trip administration., • Dealing with general enquiries in the office. This position would be ideal for anyone looking for some casual work on campus, with an interest in the student experience.
