Key Responsibilities: • Support the Faculty Finance Managers in operational financial management services across the faculty., • Provide support by managing the faculty’s research budgets, • Provide guidance to staff and students on the faculty’s purchasing and staff expenses., • Support the Faculty Finance Managers with budget monitoring, • be able to effectively prioritize conflicting demands., • be able to work independently and as part of an agile team., • have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders., • have strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach., • have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Power Automate.
