Support Worker We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to work within Supported Living services, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. We are an agency, but due to the nature of our clients needs we can offer regular hours within the same location. As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of a person-centred team, helping individuals lead their most independent lives. • Ensuring Safety & Wellbeing: Help our clients stay safe, manage their medications, and ensure their environment is clean and comfortable., • Supporting Daily Living: Assist with everything from personal care to helping clients develop new skills and engage in their favourite activities., • A minimum of six months UK experience as a Support Worker within the last three years., • A passion for making a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism., • A positive, caring, and proactive attitude to ensure each individual feels valued, safe, and empowered.
