Responsibilities • Install and commission AV systems including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, auditoria, and specialist environments, • Work from technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation to deliver systems accurately, • Support Project Managers with on-site delivery, progress updates, and issue resolution, • Configure and test AV hardware and software (displays, DSPs, control systems, VC platforms), • Carry out system testing, fault-finding, and snag resolution, • Support handover to clients, including basic system demonstrations where required, • Maintain accurate documentation, commissioning records, and job updates, • Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and site procedures, • Represent Cinos professionally on customer sites Qualifications • Experience working in an AV installation or project engineering role, • Good understanding of AV fundamentals, signal flow, and system architecture, • Comfortable working on live customer sites and collaborating with wider delivery teams, • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, • Willingness to travel nationally as required, • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms, • Exposure to control systems or DSP configuration, • Industry certifications (e.g. CTS, manufacturer training), • Experience working on construction-led or design-led projects Salary & Benefits • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience), • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (role dependent), • Company laptop and mobile phone, • Workplace pension scheme, • EAP, • Training and development opportunities, • Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities
