They are looking for somebody with great management and business development skills to grow with the company and bring both sales and operational skills to a busy and interesting role. You will be responsible for running the site, managing existing client accounts and actively sourcing and bringing on board new clients. Dealing with the everyday needs of existing clients already working in the building, responding to any queries or problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Renewing contracts and negotiating rates with both existing and new clients. You will be responsible for sales, and actively promoting the centre to the local business community. Financial management, ensuring that client billing and invoicing is accurate, and any debts are managed. General day-to-day operations - managing suppliers and facilities, ordering stock, ensuring compliance in areas such as Health and Safety, GDPR, etc. Management of receptionists and other contract staff such as cleaners.
