Known for our bespoke nail artistry, exceptional customer service, and strong digital presence, we are expanding rapidly. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our client base, elevate our brand visibility, and strengthen our community presence. Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand engagement, and implementing local marketing initiatives that support the salon’s growth. This role is well-suited to a creative, self-motivated professional with experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail sector and a strong understanding of local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Retention • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase repeat visits., • Create and manage loyalty programmes, referral schemes, and promotional offers. Sales & Partnership Development • Identify opportunities to collaborate with local businesses such as gyms, boutiques, bridal studios, and events companies., • Build and maintain relationships to generate cross-promotion and increase footfall. Marketing Campaign Management • Plan and deliver localised marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, email newsletters, and SMS marketing., • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Social Media & Digital Marketing • Support digital content planning and collaborate with the creative team to grow engagement on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook., • Coordinate influencer partnerships and online promotions to enhance brand visibility. Customer Feedback & Experience Improvement • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities to improve client satisfaction. Event Planning & Community Engagement • Organise and represent the salon at community events, pop-ups, and beauty fairs to increase brand recognition. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking • Monitor and report on monthly growth targets., • Present actionable insights and recommendations to management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development—ideally within beauty, wellness, or retail., • Strong knowledge of the Barry and Vale of Glamorgan local market., • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects independently., • Proficiency in social media marketing, particularly Instagram and Facebook., • Competent in Canva, Excel, and basic CRM tools., • 28 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays)., • Opportunity to work within a growing, reputable beauty brand., • Performance-related incentives and commission., • Staff discounts on salon services., • A supportive, collaborative team environment in a stylish workplace.
