Job Description Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences. Job Responsibility • Outbound calls to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales;, • Pro-active sale of our products and services as well as the implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department in order to achieve our sales goals;, • Contact person for our medium-sized customers in the region via phone and email;, • Analysis of purchasing behavior (e.g. sales/margin, potential), • Sharing product inquiries and updating customer data;, • Creation of customer-specific offers;, • Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contact. Job Qualifications • Relevant experience in a service or sales oriented position is an advantage, • Minimum vocational level of working and thinking, • Relevant professional experience in telephone sales, • You are a strong communicator at various levels, • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, • Excellent native language skills of the relevant customer market.
