What Will You Do? You'll run residential HVAC service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name. Day to day, that means: * Diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues across a range of equipment — furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, boilers. * Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns. * Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision. * Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.
