Our Accounting department values precision, integrity, and teamwork. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles. Our team works closely with government, hospitals, and retail accounts handling a wide range of financial activities from managing financial transactions, compliance, to overseeing billing and payments, and handling the day-to-day financial operations. Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the overall financial management of our organization, ensuring stability, integrity, and sustainable growth. This role oversees all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The CFO partners with the executive team to shape financial strategy, monitor performance against business objectives, and guide decisions that support long-term operational and strategic goals. The position also manages relationships with banks, auditors, and other key financial stakeholders, safeguarding the organization’s assets and ensuring the effective use of resources. Reporting Relationship: President Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8 to 5 pm CST. This is an onsite role in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro. Scope of the Role: • Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management., • Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions., • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and internal policies., • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to maintain financial stability., • Provide strategic analysis and insights to the executive team and board to support decision-making., • Establish and maintain robust financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks., • Direct the preparation of audited financial statements and ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting., • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners., • Develop scalable financial policies, processes, and systems that support transparency, accuracy, and long-term growth., • Oversee complex financial projects, corporate structuring activities, and readiness initiatives to support strategic opportunities., • Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and funding strategies to support long-term growth., • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or professional designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA strongly preferred)., • 10+ years at Vice President level or higher in a medium-to-large organization., • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and technology preferred., • PLUS: Experience managing financial statements for parent/subsidiaries, including Canadian, financial operations and consolidations., • Proven track record in leading financial strategy, planning, and operations in complex, fast-paced environments., • Deep understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance requirements., • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
