Job Description Position Title Food and Beverage Manager, overseeing Banquets, Restaurant, and Marketplace Brand Hotel Indigo, A Boutique Lifestyle Hotel Position Summary Hotel Indigo is seeking a polished, guest focused Food and Beverage Manager to lead banquets, restaurant, and marketplace operations within a boutique hotel environment. This role requires a hospitality professional who understands experiential dining, thoughtful service, and revenue driven execution while staying true to the individuality and local inspiration that define the Hotel Indigo brand. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for driving service excellence, supporting topline revenue growth, maintaining disciplined cost controls, and developing a high performing team across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations for banquets, restaurant, bar, and marketplace, • Lead banquet and event execution with precision, ensuring seamless service and brand level presentation, • Maintain consistent service standards aligned with Hotel Indigo and IHG brand expectations, • Be highly visible on the floor during peak service and event periods Revenue and Financial Performance • Own outlet level performance metrics including revenue, average check, capture rate, and cost controls, • Drive banquet upsell opportunities in partnership with sales and culinary teams, • Support food and beverage revenue growth through menu execution, service pacing, and guest engagement, • Manage labor to budget and productivity targets while maintaining service quality, • Oversee inventory, ordering, and controls to meet food cost and beverage cost goals, • Monitor marketplace sales, shrink, and margin performance People and Culture • Recruit, train, and develop a service focused, hospitality driven team, • Coach performance through clear expectations, real time feedback, and follow up, • Build a culture of accountability, pride, and genuine care for guests and team members, • Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences reflective of Hotel Indigo’s neighborhood inspired positioning, • Lead guest recovery with confidence and empathy, turning feedback into loyalty, • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Key Performance Indicators • Food and Beverage Revenue Growth, • Banquet Revenue and Average Check, • Marketplace Capture Rate and Gross Margin, • Labor Cost Percentage and Productivity, • Food and Beverage Cost of Sales, • Guest Satisfaction Scores and Service Recovery Trends, • Event Execution Accuracy and Timeliness Qualifications • Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience, • Strong banquet and multi outlet operational background required, • Boutique hotel or lifestyle brand experience preferred, • Proven ability to manage revenue, labor, and cost controls, • Comfortable working with forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, • Food safety and alcohol service certifications, or ability to obtain, • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Hotel Indigo • Boutique lifestyle brand rooted in local culture and design, • Opportunity to lead a diverse, revenue driven food and beverage operation, • Collaborative leadership team with a focus on growth and excellence, • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief statement outlining your leadership philosophy and experience driving revenue and service excellence in a boutique hotel environment.
