We’re now looking for a skilled, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive sales in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment. What You’ll Do * Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training. * Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service. * Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize bar profitability. * Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws, health, and safety regulations. * Collaborate with the GM and FOH leadership team to support events, promotions, and late-night operations. * Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, keeping the Sharks brand experience fun and memorable. What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a busy, high-volume setting. * Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff. * Solid knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and industry trends. * Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling, and bar inventory software. * Must be 21+ with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
