STAFFING BRANCH MANAGER: \n \n The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operation of a branch location (College Park - Camp Creek Pkwy) within a local geographic area of the Atlanta South - including College Park, Riverdale, Jonesboro, Fairburn, Union City, Tyrone, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Newnan, Morrow, Stockbridge, and McDonough. \n \n The Branch Manager is responsible for branch revenue goals that are in line with Company budgets and targets. By managing the administrative, financial, operational and account management functions and by keeping track of metrics and standards, the Branch Manager will ensure all operational goals are met. He/She will oversee, supervise, motivate and provide directions to all branch employees so that high-quality associates are identified, on boarded and placed with customers. \n \n Operation Management \n\n • Responsible for overall branch growth through revenue generating activities by partnering with the Account Executive and Business Development representative to manage the onboarding of new clients.\n, • Executes operational focus areas and meets productivity standards.\n, • Ensures consistent execution of operational best practices, guidelines, processes.\n\n \n Account Management \n\n • Builds and maintains strategic partnership with the client through developing an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies and best practices.\n, • Consistently exceeds client and talent expectations, and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.\n, • Develops and maintains relationship with client management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns and grievances as per existing company policy, and to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible.\n, • Provides high level customer service and ensure compliance to all company and client rules and regulations.\n, • Negotiates or approves bill rates and conversion fees.\n, • Assists in growth and development by cross selling/leveraging all LOB's with existing client portfolio through quality staffing and outstanding customer service.\n\n \n Marketing and Resource Management \n\n • Attracts and maintains a robust pipeline of viable candidates for positions.\n, • Effectively sources and hires quality associates within acceptable time to fill.\n, • Develops, leads, supports and assists in marketing strategies and initiatives.\n, • Ensures branch team members effectively market positions through different channels.\n\n \n Business and Financial Management \n\n • Manages revenue, margins, and operating income goals to ensure that metrics are met; prepares branch forecasts and prepares/executes business development plans to reach desired results.\n, • Works to improve efficiency and maximize revenue of each LOB within the branch.\n, • Establishes weekly, monthly and annual goals and develops strategies to achieve those goals.\n\n \n Leadership \n\n • Creates a positive, collaborative and balanced culture that fosters a team environment.\n, • Leads with character, builds trust, respect and credibility through exemplary actions and behaviors.\n, • Effectively delegates responsibilities and provides mentoring, coaching and development of all internal and temporary staff.\n, • Effectively and timely communicates difficult messages, expectations, goals, performance feedback, and accountability of responsibilities.\n, • Facilitates staff meetings to review the status of orders, progress toward filling orders, and communicates any ongoing issues with clients and associates.\n, • Facilitates resolution with internal staff, clients and associates.\n\n \n Other duties as assigned based on business needs. \n \n Skills and Qualifications: \n\n • Motivated, detail oriented, results driven, and problem solving mentality.\n, • Must possess clear decision making capabilities and display a strong work ethic; must always demonstrate high-level of integrity and practice honest decision making.\n, • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work effectively and accurately in a high-pressure environment with multiple demands, objectives, and deadlines.\n, • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.\n, • Strong working knowledge of relevant employment laws and standard recruiting etiquettes.\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable, positive and courteous.\n, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong experience with databases, ATS, HRIS, and CRMS.\n, • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills\n, • Supports workplace diversity\n, • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional nights and weekends as required by business.\n\n \n Education, Experience, Licensing/Certification Requirements: \n\n • 5+ years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment for different industries.\n, • 3+ years previous supervisory or management experience.\n, • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.\n, • Experience developing and managing budgets and branch financials.\n, • Minimum Associate Degree or 5+ plus years of relevant work experience.\n, • Bachelor’s degree preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.\n\n \n Benefits: \n This position qualifies for commissions payment based on percent of gross profit..
