Job DescriptionDescription: POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Associate Executive Director of the South Mountain YMCA, the Welcome Center Administrator is responsible for all member service functions of that branch. Major areas of responsibility and accountability include, but are not limited to; providing quality customer to all members, building relationships with members, creating and following procedures as it relates to program sale protocols. The Welcome Center Administrator will support 3rd party payment partners. The Welcome Center Administrator will be required to develop a thorough understanding of Association software programs. This position will also serve as the registrar for the School Age Child Care Program (SACC). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for the administration and operation of the Welcome Center., 2. Create a positive, customer focused member experience approach with staff by ensuring mission driven hiring, supervision, motivation, training, and performance management., 3. Maintain accurate database on all programs, 4. Maintain all registrations for participants per Association procedures., 5. Serve as the registrar for the SACC Program, 6.
