Office dogs: Dogs in the office are welcome! The role - your passion We develop you into a camper expert to independently support our customers. You are the first point of contact and available for questions regarding our products "rent" and "abo". First-level support: You offer our customers solutions in challenging travel situations and ensure case-closing support. Your focus is on "roadside assistance". You are supported by modern AI tools to help more specifically. In the high season, the phone is your primary contact (of course browser-based and modern). Processing booking adjustments: Your task includes coordinating existing bookings and subscriptions, whether for updates, rebookings, or cancellations. If necessary, you support the processing of complaint cases. You work in close coordination with other teams, including product development and our international stations, to maximize service quality. What you need to surf with us You have a passion for customer service and are motivated to creatively solve tricky situations. You are a communication talent in German and English (other languages are a plus). You are skilled in handling complaints and keep a cool head in difficult situations. You have a positive mindset that our customers can feel over the phone. You have a genuine passion for camping, traveling, and road trips. Your contract START DATE: We are looking for your support from May 2026! WORKING HOURS: • 5 days a week / 40h (part-time possible by agreement), • We are available for our customers from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00. Your free time is as sacred to us as it is to you! Therefore, we place a high value on early shift planning, trying to accommodate individual wishes as best as possible. We value transparency. The salary range for this position is between 34,800 EUR and 36,000 EUR gross per year for a position in Germany and between 26,000 EUR and 28,800 EUR gross per year for a position in Spain. We are currently introducing salary ranges in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can more accurately assess your skills and experience, we will determine together which level within the salary range suits you best.
