What we offer • Competitive pay, • Company Vehicle & Cell Phone, • Excellent Medical/Dental/Vision/Group Life, • 401k Company Match, • PTO and Holiday Pay, • Fitness Membership Reimbursement, • Hands on experience that promotes a growth-oriented culture, • Personal growth opportunities which encourages employees to “think outside the box”, • Challenging and meaningful work that fosters learning and development ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow in receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping processes, • Maintain accurate inventory levels by implementing effective stock control processes, conducting regular audits, and utilizing a warehouse management system for tracking and reporting, • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing ongoing development opportunities and performance evaluations to promote a high-performing team, • Implement and enforce comprehensive safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and minimize workplace hazards, • Design efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize storage capacity and enhance operational efficiency, adapting as necessary based on inventory types and volumes, • Analyze warehouse processes and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and safety teams to coordinate inventory levels, manage supply chain processes, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, • Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse processes, including receipts, shipments, inventory counts, and compliance records for audits and performance reviews, • Assist in the development and management of the warehouse budget, controlling operational costs while maintaining efficient services, • Monitor the security of the warehouse and its contents, ensuring that all goods and materials are safeguarded against theft, damage, and loss, • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment and shipping, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, • Oversee maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts, etc.), ensuring they are in safe working order and that team members are properly trained in their use, • Other duties as assigned DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Good planning and time management skills, • Keen attention to detail, • Willing to assume a variety of tasks, • Ability to lift 50 pounds Education: • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or related field is preferred.
