We sell, rent, and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN WEST SACRAMENTO POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting our outside sales team in project management, communication, and coordination with the yard and outside vendors, so as to allow our outside sales team to focus on current and new customers, driving more sales and improving margins. The rental ISR will work with customers both internal and externally to provide exceptional customer service in our ever-growing rental market. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships., • Work with customers to identify or qualify rental options and solutions., • Reestablish lost accounts and perform cold calls., • Manage jobs and projects, • Manage assigned accounts (credit, billing, payments, and orders), • Maintain customer records and equipment population in our CRM (Customer relationship management) system, • Provide timely and accurate quotes for rental projects, • Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely manner., • Back up rental coordinator as necessary, requires mastery of IRental, • Travel within territory may be required A minimum of a High School diploma and at least three (3) years’ industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the Industrial Engine Industry is preferred. SKILLS & ABILITIES • Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations., • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals., • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public., • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume., • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry, and electrical theory., • Ability to calculate center of mass calculations for a group of components, • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form., • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations., • Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems., • Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures. Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean DMV driving report. COMPENSATION Pay Range: $48,000 Base + Comission Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. WHY WORK FOR HOLT?
