A little bit about the position and ideal candidate we are seeking to join our team. • Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures, • Maintain a clean and neat retail environment, • Managing customer transactions including: generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, printing production, and on-time order fulfillment, • Manage customer correspondence such as phone, email, and in store interaction, • Stock room maintenance We are looking for someone who is comfortable being the face of our business and working directly with customers on their designs. Being able to work on designs with the customer standing beside them and providing guidance on their vision throughout the design process is a must. Multi-tasking is common practice at Big Frog, as multiple customers come in requiring assistance, while understanding the products we offer to assist in customer selection. We all pitch in on production through the various decoration techniques we offer.
