Outstanding Benefits • 100% employer-paid Dental & Vision Insurance, • Minimum of 90% employer-paid Health Insurance, • Quarterly Production Bonuses, • Stable day-shift schedule, • Company-provided tools and equipment, • Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems, • Diagnose and repair motors, fans, lighting circuits, switches, receptacles, and control systems, • Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed, • Troubleshoot and repair electronic ignition systems for ovens and heaters, • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, • Maintain and repair doors, windows, roofs, locks, and other building components, • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, shop drawings, and work orders, • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, drill presses, and other maintenance equipment, • Assist with purchasing tools, equipment, and materials, • Maintain accurate records related to labor, materials, and work orders, • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and federal/state/local building codes, • Support emergency repairs and larger maintenance projects as needed, • Maintain regular attendance and uphold company safety standardsKnowledge & Experience, • Strong working knowledge of at least one skilled trade, with exposure to:, • Electrical systems, • HVAC/heating & air conditioning, • Plumbing, • Carpentry, • Welding/fabrication, • Familiarity with federal, state, and local building codes, • Understanding of preventative maintenance practices, • Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, • Basic computer and record-keeping skillsSkills & Abilities, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, • Capable of reading tape measures, calipers, and technical documentation, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Ability to safely operate tools and equipment, • Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanshipPhysical Requirements, • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift as required
