We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Senior Videographer / Video Producer who can own video ad production from concept to final delivery — across streaming, social, and performance channels.If you love creating ads that actually convert (not just look pretty), this role is for you. Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Senior Videographer to lead the development of high-performing video ad creative across platforms like Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and other OTT/CTV placements. This role blends creative strategy, scriptwriting, production, editing, and performance-minded iteration.You’ll work closely with our marketing team to build ad concepts, shoot original content, edit polished spots, and continuously improve creative based on performance data. Key Responsibilities • Concept, script, and produce video ad spots for Amazon Ads, YouTube, Netflix/OTT, and other paid media channels, • Lead full production workflow including pre-production, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production, • Edit and deliver video ads in multiple formats (OTT, widescreen, vertical, social cutdowns, etc.), • Collaborate with marketing and creative leadership to develop campaign concepts and ad angles, • Direct talent and/or UGC creators when needed (on-camera spokespersons, lifestyle actors, etc.), • Create product-focused video content including:, • Lifestyle + performance ads, • Brand story spots, • Product demos, • Motion graphic / text-overlay driven performance ads, • Own post-production workflow including color correction, sound mixing, pacing, and visual polish, • Build and manage a repeatable creative pipeline for ad testing and rapid iteration, • Organize and maintain a clean internal library of raw footage, exports, templates, and project files, • 3+ years of experience in videography/video production, ideally with paid ads or direct-response marketing, • Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a major plus), • Proven ability to write and structure ad scripts with strong hooks, pacing, and CTA flow, • Comfortable shooting in studio and lifestyle settings (product + people), • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio capture, • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality — and deliver multiple edits/variations efficiently, • Experience producing for multiple platforms/spec requirements (Amazon, YouTube, OTT/CTV, etc.), • Experience with supplement/fitness/wellness brands, • Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects), • Familiarity with Amazon ad creative standards and compliance, • Experience directing UGC-style shoots or influencer content, • Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 (DOE), • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.), • Paid time off + holidays, • 401(k) match, • Opportunity to build large-scale campaigns across major platforms
