Job DescriptionDescription: Responsibilities • Delegation of daily tasks to production employees., • Ensure and exercise good manufacturing practices throughout assigned shift., • Must be able to provide Guidance with employee issues such as but not limited to - performance, attendance, safety, assigned tasks, etc., • Maintain product specs in accordance with company Process books., • Provide training to employees in assigned areas and breakdown of set responsibilities., • Analyze and resolve any deviations that may occur on lines, assist workers in resolving issues., • Prompt and accurate completion of BRCGS documentation, also any in-house required documentation., • Works closely with peers to ensure production handovers are efficient and effective with no hinderances., • Understanding and assigning tasks supplied by production manager., • Enforce Company polices and implemented protocols., • Monitors activity in assigned area – Mixing, Baking, Packing – product movement through areas., • Clear communication to production manager such as but not limited to –Production reports, Product deviation, safety hazards, Equipment issues, staffing delays/head count etc., • Enforcement of set protocols in assigned area- Example: allergen handling along with proper utensils., • Professional demeanor., • Exercising accountability., • Delivering high quality work., • Ability to perform duties with tasked direction and handle ongoing assignments under the manager’s direction., • Clear Grammar, Voice, and dictation to communicate with assigned team members – Purpose of obtaining, clarifying and Giving Information that impacts active operations., • Above standard Organizational Skills Necessary to certify sequence of operations, effective reports, clear delivery of information., • Ability to perform Physical demands – Walking & standing- Lift +10 lbs. / -50lbs., • Bilingual – English and Spanish – “preferred” for effective communication with production staff and management teams, • Monitors quality problems, owns and acts on resolving., • Understanding and ensuring of company food safety policies, • Products manufactured contain Allergens such as wheat, sesame, peanuts, tree-nuts, egg, milk, and others., • Noise levels and temperatures, variable per area such as – “mixing, baking, packing “– mixers, depositors, ovens, coolers, freezers, racks, scanners, forklifts.
