Job Description Pay Rate: $17 Per Hour Plus Tip Part Time 15-20 Hours Station: Matcha Bar Barista 1 is an entry level position at Honey Greens, this position works Matcha Bar, Pastry, and Register. Requirements Required Skills & Abilities: • Food Handler's License, • Experience in Food Service, • Customer Service Skills, • Positive, Friendly Work Attitude, • Genuine interest in connecting with guests, • Looking for Tuesday and Thursday full availability, • Preferably fully available not working other jobs, • Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays., • Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop., • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment., • Positive and professional attitude, • Guest service professional, • Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and unique experience, • Prepare orders consistently and according to recipes, with correct technique, • Maintain highest level of quality, especially during rushes, • Maintain cleanliness at bar stations, seating area and dishes, • Retain excellent knowledge of menu of our food, drinks and pastries, • Stay updated on current promotions, new menu items, and any changes in company policies, effectively communicating to customers as needed, • Able to reach, bend, and stoop, • Ability to lift up 60 pounds, • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, • Ability to work 3 back to back shifts Company DescriptionFast paced and busy coffee shop focused on quality and presentation.Fast paced and busy coffee shop focused on quality and presentation.
