Job Description Position Summary The Warehouse Operations Support Clerk plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting inventory and shipping activities. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse workforce and support cross-departmental communication. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and clerical support to warehouse operations and supervisory staff., • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and drivers in both English and Spanish., • Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documents, including BOLs, invoices, packing lists, and inventory logs., • Assist with data entry, order processing, and updating warehouse management systems (WMS)., • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams., • Maintain accurate records of inventory, discrepancies, and completed orders., • Support the onboarding and training of warehouse personnel as needed., • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures., • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required – both spoken and written., • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative support preferred., • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and warehouse software (WMS) experience., • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work in a warehouse environment., • Occasional lifting of up to [50 lbs] as needed., • Ability to stand, walk, and perform clerical tasks throughout the shift.Company DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
