Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Account RepresentativeJob Description The Customer Account Representative will primarily be responsible for taking client orders via email and phone. The role involves managing orders predominantly for the office supply company, along with handling 2-3 additional accounts. This position involves low to moderate call volume and order intake. You will be responsible for generating tickets for warehouse picking and packing, creating invoices, and coordinating with the accounts payable clerk for billing. Additionally, you will manage basic Excel spreadsheets for scheduling and assist incoming truck drivers by directing them to the appropriate dock. Regular interaction and coordination with warehouse staff are essential to ensure orders are accurately and timely filled. Responsibilities • Take client orders via email and phone., • Manage orders for the main office supply company and 2-3 additional accounts., • Generate tickets for warehouse staff to pick and pack orders., • Create invoices and coordinate with the accounts payable clerk for billing., • Maintain and manage basic Excel spreadsheets for scheduling purposes., • Answer phone calls from truck drivers and direct them to the appropriate dock., • Coordinate regularly with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.Essential Skills, • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role., • Excellent customer service skills., • Comfortable handling phone communication., • Ability to deal with diverse personalities effectively., • Experience with web-based databases for inventory and order management.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Proficiency in order entry and invoice generation., • Strong administrative and customer support skills.
