Job Description As a Warehouse Clerk, one will be responsible for items related to managing the Warehouse dock and checking in drivers. This includes order/load verification, keeping track of open/full doors, assigning doors, contacting drivers, printing BOL’s and packing slips, communicating with CSRs, answering phone calls, responding to email, and other assignments as requested. Duties and responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service, • Manage and check-in drivers efficiently and effectively, • Maintain necessary records and track items such as inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules and orders, • Perform data entry as needed, • Daily communication via telephone calls and emails to internal departments, • Prioritize and multi-task client requests on a daily basis, • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, • Respond in a prompt and courteous manner to client requests, • High School Diploma or GED, • Customer service experience, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to multi-task, • Problem analysis and problem-solving, • Attention to detail and accuracy, • Initiative, • Basic PC skills and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Ability to work in fast-paced environment M-F 2:30pm-11pm

Job Description * Please note this is a 3rd shift (overnight) position* Job purpose As a Warehouse Supervisor, one will be responsible for managing and maintaining the highest standards with regards to safety, quality, efficiencies, spoilage, and customer service/satisfaction. Leads health, safety, and environmental processes for the warehouse areas., • Leads and develops a high performing work organization that maximizes employee teamwork, contributions, suggestions and decisions., • Maintains a clean and sanitary warehouse which is audit ready at all times., • Provides for effective employee relations within the operations unit by ensuring that employment practices are fair and consistent., • Assures that time commitments are met for outbound and inbound shipments., • High School Diploma or GED, • Two to Three (2-3) years of previous supervisory experience., • Five (5) years of warehouse experience., • Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred., • Strong leadership skills in developing high performing work organizations., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Basic math skills., • Must wear safety boots/shoes., • Warehouse Specialist
