Job Description NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seekinga detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Clerk to join a fast-paced, production-driven pharmacy environment. In this role, you will support prescription fulfillment operations under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with pharmacy, warehouse, or production experience who thrive in structured, high-accuracy environments. Pharmacy Clerk (Onsite) Location: Cheektowaga, NY Pay Rate: $17.50/hour Schedule: Part-Time with Mandatory Overtime Schedule • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, • Tuesday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM, • Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, • Mandatory overtime required based on business needs Key Responsibilities • Accurately fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules, • Retrieve medications from inventory using computer-generated instructions, • Verify medication type, size, and strength before dispensing, • Replenish automated dispensing systems with bulk medication, • Operate handheld scanners to track and manage inventory, • Perform basic math calculations for prescription quantities, • Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, including labeling, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy workspace, • Follow all HIPAA guidelines and pharmacy compliance standards, • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate workflow or quality issues, • Support team operations and meet daily production goals Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required, • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks consistently, • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (8+ hours), • Ability to bend, twist, reach, and handle repetitive motions, • Basic math, reading, and writing skills, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to read screens, labels, and use scanning devices Preferred Qualifications • Prior pharmacy technician or pharmacy support experience, • Warehouse, fulfillment, or production environment experience, • Basic computer proficiency, • Strong teamwork and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Work Environment • Climate-controlled facility, • Fast-paced, production-focused setting, • Team-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality What We’re Looking For • Positive attitude and reliability, • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines, • High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety, • Flexibility to work overtime as needed If you're looking to build experience in a pharmacy or healthcare support role and enjoy hands-on, detail-driven work, we encourage you to APPLY NOW!!
