Job Description Position Overview Easton Select Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Clerk to support inventory control, warehouse operations, and material tracking across a growing multi-brand organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing inventory transactions, supporting receiving and distribution activities, and ensuring materials and supplies are properly organized and available to support field and operational teams. The Inventory Clerk plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency by helping maintain inventory accuracy, minimizing shortages, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, purchasing, and field operations teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Core ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Control • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with daily inventory tracking activities, • Process inventory transactions including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and material usage updates, • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits, • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or replenishment needs to leadership, • Ensure inventory data is updated accurately within inventory management or ERP systemsWarehouse & Material Coordination, • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, materials, and supplies, • Assist with staging, organizing, and distributing inventory for field crews, service teams, and construction projects, • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas, • Support loading and unloading of materials and deliveries as needed, • Coordinate material transfers between locations and operational teamsOperational & Administrative Support, • Assist Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams with inventory-related reporting and documentation, • Support vendor deliveries, packing slips, and inventory reconciliation processes, • Maintain accurate inventory files, records, and operational documentation, • Assist with process improvements related to inventory organization and operational efficiency, • Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assignedSafety & Compliance, • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operational standards, • Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment as required, • Report damaged inventory, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly, • Help maintain compliance with company inventory control procedures and operational best practicesQualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operational support experience preferred, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and inventory systems, • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse activities as needed, • Reliable work ethic and strong attendance recordPreferred Qualifications, • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems such as NetSuite preferred, • Experience within construction, home services, pool service, or distribution environments preferred, • Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse workflows, • Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a plus The company operates a diversified portfolio of brands, providing tailored pool products, services, and expertise for homeowners nationwide.
