Job DescriptionDescription: Position Overview The Warehouse Driver receives, stores, and distributes materials and products within the warehouse and delivers products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver product orders to customers, • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, checking products in and out, and matching purchase orders to sales orders, • Read customer orders to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, loaded or unloaded, • Move materials and products from storage areas to and from loading areas, • Sort and place materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established processes, • Identify damage, loss, or surplus of products and materials stored in the warehouse, • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe, • Open containers and mark materials with identifying information according to established processes, • Assist in checking in product and taking physical inventory, • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, or shoveling, • Other duties as assigned Requirements: Required/Preferred Education & Experience • High school degree or equivalent, • Valid Colorado Class B CDL, • One year of prior warehouse clerk experience preferred, • Organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to use standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and box cutters, • At least 3 years of satisfactory driving history required; previous delivery experience not required, but helpful, • Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance regulations, • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, • Must be able to operate trucks with manual and automatic transmissions Working Environment and Physical Demands • Ability to lift, push & pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the course of the shift, • Ability to walk, squat, stoop, kneel and bend repeatedly at each delivery location, • Ability to enter and exit truck cab multiple times throughout the day, • Ability to climb on top of and inspect top of trailer, • Ability to regularly pass a DOT physical and maintain FMCSA drug and alcohol standards Eligible for company benefits including: • Health, dental, and vision coverage, effective the 1st of the month following the date of hire, • Company paid life insurance and long-term disability, • Employee paid voluntary benefits such as voluntary life, short-term disability, critical illness, accident, and Legal, • Participation in the company 401(k) plan with eligibility for the company match after 6 months of service, • Paid time off (PTO), • Company paid holidays Legal Statements Offen Petroleum is an at-will, equal opportunity employer.
