Career Opportunity We are seeking an Analyst, Construction Cost Finance to join the growing Finance, Accounting, and Procurement team. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, this role will play a key part in delivering high-quality financial and strategic analysis across various projects. This individual will be critical to supporting the optimization of new systems, enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities, and overall development of best practices. The role will focus primarily on scaling financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities around EdgeCore’s capital program. • Support the development and oversight of budgeting and forecasting activities across all of EdgeCore’s capital projects., • Analyze and explain variances by comparing actuals to budget and forecasts; partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Construction to identify variance drivers and update forecasts., • Develop tailored reporting packages for key stakeholder groups, including senior executives and the Board, to facilitate budget management and support transparency and informed decision-making., • Reconcile data across EdgeCore’s systems (eBuilder, Coupa) and ensure accuracy of information regarding invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and forecasts., • Collaborate with Accounting and Procurement to review and approve purchase requisitions, ensuring accurate coding and budget availability., • Support the preparation and presentation of financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders., • Support underwriting and due diligence activities for capital raises, acquisitions, and new development initiatives., • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset by proactively exploring processes, tools, and technologies and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency., • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, maintaining flexibility and strong communication while adapting to shifting priorities. Your Experience and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field., • 3-5 years of experience in an FP&A, strategic finance, or related role, preferably within data centers, telecom, construction, real estate, private equity, or investment banking., • Experience building or scaling FP&A processes in a high-growth or early-stage environment is a major plus., • Understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP accounting., • Advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex financial models., • Proven experience supporting budget cycles is highly advantageous and considered a significant plus. What We Offer • Annual base salary range is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience plus equity compensation and a performance-based annual bonus, • This role requires in-office presence four days per week, • This role is located in downtown Denver, with parking provided at no cost to the successful candidate, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
