Qualifications Minimum Formal Qualifications for a Business Banker: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study, • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study, • REQUIRED: 5+ years' experience with business to business related sales. Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa.
