Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with a strong background in commercial print and signage solutions, including both digital and offset printing. While experience with point-of-purchase signage is preferred, particularly work that targets convenience stores, hotels, and real estate companies, the company is also open to candidates with other commercial print experience that aligns with their production capabilities. This is a newly created position focused on new business development. The sales territory is primarily in the New England area, though the company can support out-of-state clients if your existing client base extends beyond the region. This role reports directly to the CEO and emphasizes generating new business through existing client relationships, proactive prospecting, and self-driven lead generation. Its an ideal opportunity for professionals whose current company may be falling short on quality, service, or delivery, or for established print brokers who want to focus on sales without operational burdens. The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, plus commissions. OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY Head Office: Pembroke, MA Work Environment: Hybrid 1 day/week in the office Sales Territory: Primarily New England, with clients across the United States Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 45 hours/week EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • 1015 years of sales experience, • Minimum 3 years in print services or a related industry (required), • Proven experience selling to mid- and senior-level decision-makers, • Industry-specific knowledge in commercial printing and signage is highly preferred, • Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle, • An existing client base that can be immediately leveraged is strongly preferred, • Ideally located within 1 hour of the Pembroke, MA office; however, candidates based out of state will also be considered if they are highly qualified and can leverage strong existing client relationships Candidates outside the commercial print industry may also be considered if they have experience in closely aligned sectors such as: • Packaging and labels (flexographic, lithographic, or custom packaging), • Promotional products, • Office supplies and corporate merchandise, • 70% New Business Development, • 20% Account Management, • 10% Administrative Duties Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking, • Leverage existing relationships to grow sales and identify new project opportunities, • Meet with clients to understand project needs and provide regular updates on progress, • Act as liaison with the internal design team to develop proposals and project concepts, • Gather project specifications, prepare pricing requests, and follow up on quotes, • Coordinate initial setup of client projects and ensure all job files are properly maintained, • Track project timelines, communicate production updates, and manage client expectations, • Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction, • Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage documentation for all active accounts PowerPoint Intermediate Word Basic Google Drive/Docs Basic Salesforce CRM Required Online demo capabilities Basic THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION Our client provides a full range of commercial print services, with a strong focus on point-of-purchase signage.
