Job Description Job Description. The Industrial Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading industrial electrical infrastructure that supports CNC machines, robotics, automation cells, and facility power systems. Responsibilities • Install and maintain 480V, 277V, 208V, and 120V systems., • Install feeders, disconnects, transformers, and motor control centers., • Perform load calculations and panel upgrades., • Provide power drops and terminations for CNC machines., • Wire motor starters, VFDs, servo drives, and control panels., • Verify phase rotation, grounding, and bonding., • Diagnose motor control circuits, contactors, overloads, and safety circuits., • Repair wiring faults in automated production lines., • Support electrical retrofits and expansions., • Follow NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA guidelines., • 3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience., • Ability to read electrical prints and schematics., • Proficiency with 480V, 277V, 208V, and 120V systems., • Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and panel upgrades. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
