Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Division Director, Infrastructure Services, is a critical and trusted leadership role, leading and expanding our technology infrastructure that aligns with our mission and long-term goals. The Division Director is responsible for crafting a transformative cloud strategy. This role oversees the design of a transformative cloud strategy and the implementation and optimization of scalable, secure, and cost-effective on-premises infrastructure and services. The Division Director will ensure our infrastructure solutions, both on-premises & cloud, enhance agility and innovation, while supporting our commitment to quality and excellence. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability., • Four (4) year college degree. Advanced Degree preferred., • Ten (10) years of progressive experience leading and transforming technology teams in a growth-oriented environment., • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and building relationships., • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and exceeding performance standards., • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others., • Demonstrated understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles., • Experience managing large-scale multi-site infrastructure, large-scale networks, enterprise telephony systems, including cloud operations., • Demonstrated success in leading cloud migration initiatives and managing hybrid infrastructure., • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, ZERO TRUST) frameworks., • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices., • Hands-on familiarity with infrastructure as code, automation platforms, and AI-based monitoring solutions like ServiceNow, AIOps, Dynatrace or similar tookits., • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud operations., • Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities., • Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion., • Strong relationship-building skills to promote collaboration and drive successful outcomes., • Proficiency in various technical platforms and the ability to swiftly learn new tools., • Solid written and verbal communication skills., • Strong customer service skills., • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail., • Understands and connects with the BAYADA culture., • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way., • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures., • Develop and execute enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy aligned with business and clinical goals, including hybrid infrastructure strategies and migration to public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)., • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement., • Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to executive leadership regarding infrastructure capabilities and risks., • Champion infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, and cloud-first initiatives. Lead the development and execution of enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization., • Streamline operations within the function and organization to enhance productivity and efficiency., • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring uptime, performance, scalability, and 24/7 availability of mission-critical systems. Provide leadership across data centers, cloud operations, network services, telephony, and on-premises virtual and physical infrastructure., • Oversee the management of three geographically distributed data centers and ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities., • Direct the network operations of over 400 healthcare service locations, ensuring high performance, security, and minimal downtime., • Partner closely with Cyber Security to maintain a secure infrastructure environment and integrate security best practices across all platforms. In addition, partner with enterprise architecture to ensure infrastructure aligns with target set architecture and digital transformation objectives., • Lead long-term planning and development of AI infrastructure to support future growth and technological advancements., • Develop and implement strategies for integrating AI technologies into the organization's infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency., • Lead efforts to integrate new AI technologies into the existing infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption., • Ensure the infrastructure supports AI/ML operations, including data handling, model training, and deployment., • Develop relationships and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, cloud providers, and technology vendors to drive initiatives and foster collaboration., • Promote Infrastructure such as code, self-healing systems, and AI-driven Observability., • Establish, monitor, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to sustain high service standards., • Conduct infrastructure risk assessments and participate in audits., • Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber hybrid cloud engineering and operations team., • Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve agility and reliability., • Stay current on healthcare IT trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices., • Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce HIPAA, HITRUST, and other regulatory frameworks, embedding robust security measures within cloud environments., • Develop and oversee the cloud budget, cost allocation models, and financial forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources while supporting future readiness., • Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and SLA performance management to optimize service delivery and cost., • Track and report on cloud spending and usage trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement., • Communicate the impact and benefits of cloud initiatives, engaging stakeholders at all levels to support growth and innovation goals., • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff., • Complete special projects or other assignments as requested, • Demonstrates professional work behaviors such as professionalism and confidentiality., • Base Pay: $220,000-$275,000 year depending on qualifications plus opportunity for bonus, • BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following: Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
