Key Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Learning & Development • Serve as System Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining employee training records and schedules., • Partner with HR Generalist and management to identify, schedule, and develop internal and external training opportunities., • Collaborate with the Safety Department to ensure timely completion of required safety training., • Coordinate company-wide anti-harassment & discrimination training., • Develop and deliver training materials using tools such as PowerPoint, video, and other platforms., • Track and analyze training metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements; build dashboards (compliance status, completion rates); benchmark against best practices; and use surveys to receive feedback., • Support employee growth initiatives, including career pathing, aligning training with succession planning, and leadership development., • Train managers and employees on how to use the LMS tools effectively.
