    Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Program Coordinator runs the day-to-day operations of The Rockaway Hotel and Ocean Park Apartments program sites. They ensure swim lessons run smoothly, staff are supported, meals are provided and participants have a safe, positive, and engaging experience. The Program Coordinator is responsible for all registration of participants, liability waivers, swimming gear, scheduling, communication between the facility and the organization as well as participants and staff. The Program Coordinator supervises Swim Instructors, Coaches, Field Staff, Seasonal Staff, etc. The Program Coordinator helps to track data, survey completion and reporting post programs. Paid staff training will take place at the end of June for 8 hours (Date & Location TBD). 📅 Regular Weekly Schedule: 📅 • The Rockaway Hotel: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 7:15 am to 9:45 am., • Ocean Park Apartments: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:45 am to 1:15 pm Note: Some weekly remote admin hours are also required.
