Job Description The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and confirming our Preventive Maintenance visits with all customers. To act as a liaison between our customers and area dispatchers to assure quality customer service scheduling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Create an accurate PM inspection list each month using various Smart Lists., • Manipulate data in various excel spreadsheets to facilitate scheduling, • Research and verify accurate belt and filter quantities for each PM Maintenance Inspection, • Schedule inspections on the graphic scheduling board based on hours per inspection, geography and workload, • Research and analyze account history to accurately assign future maintenance, • Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner to assure customer satisfaction, • Back up to our Customer Service Department, • Assist with special projects as needed, • Create, compile and export databases containing scheduling and tasking information for maintenance. Including, visual reports for active contract base, utilizing applications such as GP and Excel daily., • Develop maintenance visit routes (Google Maps) and respond to technician needs throughout the day., • Maintain a "distributor appointment record" via Google Sheets to minimize ordering distraction.
