    SCOPE OF ROLE: The Case Manager provides and coordinates client services. II. Position Summary Maintains daytime readiness and organization of the Real Photos studio by receiving deliveries, controlling inventory, organizing equipment and supplies, preparing event materials, and completing a clear handoff for the afternoon gear-preparation shift. Seasonality and Work Availability Real Photos is a seasonal business aligned with the school calendar. Peak event periods generally run from October through December and February through March. Work may be limited or unavailable during summer, holidays, school breaks, closures, cancellations, or other periods without scheduled events. The role is planned for up to 30 paid hours per week, but assignments and minimum hours are not guaranteed unless stated in writing. Preferred qualifications include: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, human services, early childhood education, special education, sociology, counseling, family studies, behavioral science, or a related field., • Experience working with infants, toddlers, children, or families., • Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities., • Knowledge of Early Intervention, developmental disabilities, special education, Medicaid-funded programs, or community-based services., • Experience with case management or service coordination., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Strong organizational and time-management abilities., • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, appointments, and documentation requirements., • Ability to communicate professionally with families, providers, government representatives, and other professionals., • Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to supervision and agency requirements., • Ability to maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to our LAC and LSW staff, supporting their professional development and ensuring the delivery of ethical, effective, and high-quality client care. The role will include providing regular supervision, case consultation, support with clinical decision-making, and guidance related to treatment planning, documentation, risk assessment, and professional development. The Clinical Supervisor will also help ensure that clinical practices remain consistent with professional standards, New Jersey licensing requirements, and the values of Steady Steps Counseling. Responsibilities • Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to eligible clinicians and supervisees., • Support clinicians in developing effective treatment plans and appropriate clinical interventions., • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback regarding quality, accuracy, and compliance., • Provide consultation regarding complex cases, risk assessment, crisis situations, and clinical decision-making., • Support clinicians in maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards., • Assist with onboarding and ongoing clinical development of therapists., • Promote the use of evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches., • Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and records., • Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical needs, policies, and quality improvement., • Remain current with applicable New Jersey social work regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
