Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to): • Follows proper Dress Code and Servsafe/Health Department guidelines., • Line Checks and Temperature Log structure followed., • Follow all the recipes and build sheets every time., • Prepare and cook food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards, • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, • Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner, • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are completed promptly, • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed, • Proven experience as a Line Cook, • Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to work well in a team environment, • Excellent communication skills, • Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served., • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period., • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment., • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes., • Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly., • Assists in food prep assignments and dishwashing during off-peak periods as needed., • Opening and/or Closing the kitchen properly and follows the checklist for kitchen stations. What You Will Do: • Execute Flawless Turnovers: Perform comprehensive, top-to-bottom cleaning, staging, and preparation of our large-format luxury properties to a 5-star standard., • Lead by Example: Work alongside the team, setting the pace for quality, efficiency, and professionalism., • Ensure Perfection: Conduct meticulous quality assurance inspections, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards before guest arrival., • Train & Mentor: (Primarily for Lead roles) Coach and develop team members on advanced cleaning techniques and our brand standards., • Master Advanced Techniques: Utilize professional-grade equipment to care for high-end surfaces, fabrics, and finishes with expert precision., • You are obsessed with the details. A crooked picture frame or a smudge on a faucet is something you notice and fix instantly., • You see housekeeping not as a task, but as preparing a stage for a guest's memorable experience., • You thrive on constructive feedback and see it as a tool to achieve perfection., • You are a natural leader who enjoys teaching others and finds pride in your team's success., • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in professional housekeeping., • Experience in an upscale hotel environment (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, or luxury independent hotels) is strongly preferred., • Experience in a supervisory, lead, or training role is highly desirable and required for consideration at the Lead level., • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a significant plus and is strongly preferred for Lead roles., • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record., • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs., • Excellent, Competitive Pay: $24 - $30 per hour.
